What doesn't kill us...
I was recently thinking about how stupid that old saying is, "What doesn't kill you will only make you stronger." How wrong that is, as we carry around our increased weaknesses and cares and worries and fragilities after life does its worst.

One could start a blog that did nothing but poke wholes in these sorts of pop-wisdom sayings, and it could go on for years.
It's funny, I've thought about this one too. I kinda became accustomed to saying: "You know what they say. Whatever doesn't kill you...just doesn't kill you or might kill you later."
Man, that is funny ! I'll have to check out that site ...
