There's a short article over at Christianity Today about the goings on at Westminster. It promises updates on, among other things, "implications."
On the question of "implications," it seems that Dr. Lillback gave a strong indication at the end of the board meeting. The meeting was an "open" meeting, which means that its actions and discussions are not guarded by any stricture of silence or secrecy.
Under the freedom of that openness, I have heard from two separate sources that the president was asked at the end of the meeting what he thought he had accomplished. His answer? "When you're looking at a wall of graffiti, you have start erasing somewhere."
